"Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." How then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news." -Romans 10:13-15
As John Piper has famously stated, “Missions is not the ultimate goal of the church. Worship is. Missions exists because worship doesn't.” To play our part in carrying the Good News of Christ to the four corners of the Globe is one of our highest privileges as followers of Christ. The vision of Revelation 7 is what drives us. This longing to stand alongside our brothers and sisters from every nation in worship - even on this side of Eternity - is an awesome thing.
"After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: 'Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.'” - Revelation 7:9-10)
The Lord has placed our church body here (you and me) to reach our local community and to go into the world to share the good news of Jesus' love. We determine each month to impact our community through local outreach and the establishment of relationships that can lead to opportunities to share the Gospel. The Lord has called us to love one another and that is our mission at Gathering Stones Calvary Chapel.
It is a great joy of our ministry to support the missionaries that the Lord has sent to us. If you would like to be added to their newsletters or for more information please email .
Please see below for more information on some of our missionaries! NOTE: WE ALSO HAVE MISSIONARIES that serve in the "red zone." Their information is not published online or via internet for their protection.

" Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20
